The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the detailed exam pattern for the District Statistical Officer (DSO) / Assistant Director (Planning & Development) Mains Examination 2025.

The mains examination is descriptive (written) in nature. It includes a total of 4 papers, out of which 3 are compulsory and 1 is an optional subject selected by the candidate.

100 (Hindi) + 300 + 300 + 300 = 1000 Marks

The final merit list is prepared based on Mains + Interview marks.
