Education Qualification

RPSC 1st Grade Teacher (Agriculture)

A four-year Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by the UGC and a Post Graduate degree in a relevant subject of Agriculture/Horticulture recognized by the UGC, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from an institution recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education.

Working Knowledge of “Hindi” written in Devanagari Script and Knowledge of Rajasthan culture.

 Exam Pattern

Paper -I Exam Syllabus

The question paper will carry a maximum of 450 marks.

There will be two papers. paper I shall be of 150 marks, and Paper II shall be of 300 marks.

Duration of Paper I shall be 1.30 hours

Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For every wrong answer, one-third of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.

The paper shall include following subjects:

(i) History of Rajasthan and Indian History with special emphasis on Indian National Movement.

(ii) Mental Ability Test, Statistics ( Secondary Level), Mathematics ( Secondary Level), Language Ability test: Hindi, English

(iii) Current Affairs.

(iv) General Science, Indian Polity, Geography of Rajasthan.

(v) Educational Psychology, Educational management, Educational Scenario in Rajasthan, Right of Children to free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009

The question paper will carry a maximum 300 marks.

The duration of the question paper will be 3 Hours.

The question paper will carry 300 questions of multiple choices.

Negative marking shall be applicable in the evaluation of answers. For every wrong answer, one-third of the marks prescribed for that particular question shall be deducted.

The paper shall include the following subjects:

(i) Knowledge of Subject Concerned: Senior Secondary Level

(ii)Knowledge of Subject Concerned: Graduation Level(iii)Knowledge of Subject Concerned: Post-Graduation Level

(iv) Pedagogy, Teaching Learning Material, use of Computers and Information Technology in  Teaching Learning.
