PAN Card Registration & Correction Form 2025: How To Change PAN Card Details

If your PAN card contains incorrect information or you have legally changed your name, date of birth, wrong father’s name or wrong mother’s name or address, you can easily update or correct those details through online or offline process. The Income Tax Department of India allows individuals and entities to request changes in their PAN card through NSDL or UTIITSL portal.

PAN Card Registration & Correction 2025: Required Documents

• Aadhaar Card

• Voter ID card

• Passport

• Driving License

• Ration Card with photograph

• Government ID card

• Arm’s License

• Pensioner Card with photograph

• Central Government Health Scheme Card

• 👶 Minor ke liye PAN card:

  • Minor ka birth certificate

  • Parent/guardian ka ID & address proof

How To Apply Online PAN Card 2025

🖥️ Online PAN Card Apply Karne ka Process:

Aap NSDL (ab NDSL) ya UTIITSL ke through apply kar sakte hain.

🔹 Step 2: Form 49A Fill Karna (Indian Citizens ke liye)

1. Visit karein:
   🔗 https://www.tin-nsdl.com/services/pan/pan-index.html

2. “Apply for new PAN (Form 49A)” par click karein.

3. Form me ye details bharni hoti hain:

• Applicant ka naam
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Address
• Contact details (mobile, email)
• Aadhaar number (agar available ho)
• Source of income
• Parents’ name

🔹 Step 3: Documents Upload Karna (Self-attested scan copy):

🔸 Required Documents (koi ek ID, ek address, ek DOB proof):

ID Proof- Aadhaar card, Voter ID, Passport

Address Proof- Aadhaar card, Electricity bill, Bank statement

DOB Proof: Birth Certificate, 10th Marksheet, Aadhaar

🔐 Note: Aadhaar card se saare proofs cover ho jaate hain. Usse e-KYC bhi ho sakta hai.

🔹 Step 4: Photo & Signature Upload Karna

• 2 recent passport-size photos (if not using e-KYC)

• Signature image scan (black pen se plain paper par sign karke scan karein)

🔹 Step 5: Payment Karna

Indian Address: ₹91 + GST

Foreign Address: ₹862 + GST

Note: Payment options: Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI

🔹 Step 6: Acknowledgment Receipt Download

• Form submit karne ke baad aapko Acknowledgment Number milega.

• Isse aap PAN status track kar sakte hain

🔹 Step 7: PAN Card Delivery

• Verification ke baad aapka physical PAN Card aapke address par 15-30 din mein aa jaata hai.

📝 Offline PAN Apply Karne Ka Tarika 2025:

1. Nearest PAN card center ya CSC (Common Service Center) par jayein.

2. Form 49A le kar bharna hoga.

3. Documents ke saath attach karke submit karein.

4. Fees jama karni hoti hai aur receipt milti hai.

5. PAN card aapke address par courier hota hai.
