NALCO GET Recruitment 2026 notification has been released by National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) for 110 Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) posts through GATE 2025. Eligible candidates with engineering degrees in Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical disciplines can apply online from 02 January 2026 to 22 January 2026. Selection will be based on GATE 2025 score and Personal Interview. Selected candidates will receive a salary starting from ₹40,000 per month, which can go up to ₹1.80 lakh after absorption as Assistant Manager.

  • Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology

Selection Process of NALCO Get Recruitment 2026

NALCO GET recruitment will be completed in two stages:

  1. Shortlisting based on GATE-2025 Marks

  2. Personal Interview

Weightage:

  • GATE-2025 Score: 90%

  • Personal Interview: 10%

Only candidates who have qualified GATE-2025 in relevant paper codes (ME / EE / CH) are eligible

Salary & Pay Scale

During Training (1 Year):

  • Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000

  • Basic Pay: ₹40,000
